Free Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery: Approximately 84–98 calendar days after approval of the final production drawing.
WS&BCo. offers free standard shipping within the contiguous United States on qualifying orders. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, international destinations, or locations requiring special handling.
Unless specifically included in a written quotation, standard freight delivery does not include unloading labor, forklift service, crane service, rigging, installation, placement, or inside delivery.
Expedited Shipping
Estimated Delivery: Approximately 56–70 calendar days after approval of the final production drawing.
Expedited shipping may be available for select products, particularly smaller sculptures and rush projects. Expedited service is subject to availability and additional charges. Pricing is based on the product's dimensions, weight, packaging requirements, destination, and carrier availability.

International Shipping
WS&BCo. ships to many international destinations, subject to applicable shipping restrictions, trade regulations, carrier availability, customs requirements, sanctions, and local law.
International shipping charges are calculated according to product size and weight, crate dimensions, destination, freight method, customs documentation, and applicable carrier surcharges.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, port charges, inspection fees, or other government-imposed costs. Any fees expressly included in the WS&BCo. quotation will be identified in writing. Charges not expressly included may remain the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.
Delivery Methods
WS&BCo. works with established freight carriers and logistics providers experienced in transporting sculptures, architectural stonework, bronze works, and other oversized or high-value products. Depending on the order, shipping may include LTL freight, dedicated freight, ocean freight, air freight, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or specialized oversized freight service.
Professional Packaging
Every reasonable precaution is taken to protect your purchase during transportation. Depending on the product, packaging may include reinforced foam protection, protective wrapping, internal bracing, heavy-duty plywood crates, reinforced shipping frames, pallets, or custom-built wooden crates.
Because many WS&BCo. pieces are handcrafted, oversized, heavy, or one-of-a-kind, packaging is selected and built according to the specific product being shipped.
Order, Production & Shipping Process
- Order Processing: After payment is received, please allow approximately 1–2 business days for order processing.
- Drawing & Design Approval: For applicable custom products, WS&BCo. will prepare a CAD drawing, 3D design, rendering, or other production reference for customer review. Production will not begin until required approvals have been received.
- Production: Typical production time is approximately 35–42 calendar days for many stone, marble, stainless-steel, fiberglass, and similar products. Bronze sculptures commonly require approximately 49–63 calendar days due to casting, welding, finishing, and patina processes.
- Final Inspection: After production is completed, photographs or other documentation of the finished product may be provided for customer review before shipment.
- Shipping: After final approval, the product will be professionally packed and released for shipment.
Important: Production and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Timing may vary due to product complexity, design changes, material availability, handcrafted finishing requirements, freight availability, weather, customs processing, port congestion, government inspections, and other conditions beyond reasonable control.
Customer Approval Required Before Shipping
WS&BCo. will not ship products requiring customer approval until the applicable approval has been received. Customers should respond promptly to approval requests to avoid unnecessary delays. Once an order has shipped, WS&BCo. will provide available shipment, tracking, freight, or delivery information.
Freight Delivery Appointments
Large sculptures and oversized products are commonly delivered by freight carrier and may require a delivery appointment. The carrier will generally contact the recipient before delivery to arrange a delivery window.
Someone must be available at the delivery location to receive the shipment, inspect the shipment, sign the delivery documentation, and coordinate unloading. Standard freight deliveries are normally curbside.
Repeated missed calls, unavailable recipients, refused appointments, or requested delivery postponements may result in storage, redelivery, detention, reconsignment, or other carrier charges. Such charges may be the customer's responsibility.
Curbside Delivery & Unloading Requirements
Unless otherwise specified in writing, freight deliveries are curbside only. The driver is generally not responsible for moving the sculpture or crate into a residence, commercial building, garden, installation area, or other final location.
Customers are responsible for arranging sufficient unloading assistance before delivery. Depending on the product, unloading may require multiple able-bodied individuals, a forklift, crane, skid steer, pallet jack, telehandler, rigging equipment, or a professional installation crew. Liftgate service may not be available for oversized crates or shipments with significant overhang.
Inspection & Damage Reporting
Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery and, when practical, before signing the carrier's delivery receipt.
- Examine the crate and packaging for visible damage.
- Photograph any damaged areas and the shipment before unpacking.
- Note visible damage directly on the carrier's proof of delivery when appropriate.
- Retain the crate, packaging, and delivery documents until any claim is resolved.
- Report shipping damage or a material delivery issue to WS&BCo. within 2 business days of receipt whenever possible.
Prompt documentation is important because freight carriers may impose strict claim deadlines. Failure to document or report visible damage promptly may affect the ability to pursue a carrier claim.
Handcrafted & Natural Material Variation
Many WS&BCo. sculptures and architectural products are individually handcrafted. Natural stone, bronze, metal fabrication, casting, welding, finishing, polishing, patina work, and other artisan processes can create minor variations in color, veining, texture, finish, patina, casting characteristics, symmetry, dimensions within normal production tolerances, and artistic detailing.
Reasonable handcrafted and natural-material variations that remain consistent with the approved project specifications are not automatically considered defects. Production is based on the approved drawings, dimensions, materials, finishes, and other written specifications. Customer-requested changes after approval may result in additional charges and may extend the completion date.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be responsible for failure or delay in performing non-payment obligations when caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flooding, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, sanctions, embargoes, customs restrictions, port closures or congestion, labor strikes, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, material shortages, labor shortages, or supply-chain interruptions.
When such an event materially affects production or delivery, the applicable schedule may be reasonably extended for the duration and consequences of the event. Any cancellation or termination rights remain governed by the applicable written order terms.
