Payment Methods

Payment for Made-to-Order Projects

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders unless different written terms are expressly approved for a particular project. Remaining balances are due according to the quotation, invoice, or other written order terms.

Accepted Methods

Available payment methods can vary by order type, customer location, currency, and transaction amount. Supported online payment options are displayed through the Shopify checkout when applicable. Project invoices may provide additional authorized payment instructions.

Large or Custom Projects

For significant commercial, hospitality, public-art, memorial, or custom projects, payment schedules may be documented in the written project agreement or invoice. Do not send payment using instructions that have not been confirmed through an authorized WORLD STONE & BRONZE CO. communication channel.

Payment Security

Online checkout payments are processed through Shopify and enabled payment providers. WORLD STONE & BRONZE CO. does not ask customers to send full payment-card details through ordinary email or contact forms.
