Website Use
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the WORLD STONE & BRONZE CO. website. Product-specific transactions are also governed by the applicable quotation, invoice, approved specifications, drawings, and other written order documents.
Made-to-Order Products
Products are custom made to order. Product imagery, natural material variation, scale, finish, patina, veining, coloration, and handmade characteristics may differ from photographs or samples where such differences are inherent to the material or production method.
Deposits & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders unless different written terms are expressly agreed for a particular project. Production begins only after required payment and approvals are completed. Remaining balances are due according to the written order terms.
Specifications & Approval
The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving applicable dimensions, material selections, finishes, drawings, inscriptions, quantities, installation information, and project details before fabrication proceeds.
Pricing
Website prices, where shown, may represent a standard configuration or reference price. Custom sizes, materials, finishes, bases, engineering, crating, freight, duties, taxes, installation, site requirements, and expedited work may change the final project price.
Shipping & Risk
Shipping and delivery terms are defined in the order documents. Customers are responsible for providing accurate site and delivery information and for arranging any equipment or access required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, original designs, product imagery, drawings, and other intellectual property may not be copied or used without authorization. Customers submitting third-party designs represent that they have authority to request their use.
Limitation of Online Information
Website content is provided for general product and project information. Final obligations are established by the written order documents accepted for the specific transaction.
