Project-Specific Warranty Coverage

WORLD STONE & BRONZE CO. does not publish a single universal warranty period for every product because materials, production methods, components, environments, installation methods, and project requirements vary substantially.

Any warranty applicable to a specific product or project will be stated in the written quotation, invoice, specification, warranty document, or other order terms. If no warranty is expressly stated in the written order documents, customers should not assume a particular warranty duration or scope.

Typical Exclusions

Unless specifically included in written warranty terms, coverage generally should not be assumed for natural stone variation, patina development, weathering, improper installation, structural movement, misuse, vandalism, accidents, unauthorized repairs, unsuitable chemicals, improper maintenance, freeze damage from failure to winterize a water feature, or site conditions outside our control.

Submitting a Warranty Request

Provide the order number, product information, installation date if applicable, photographs, description of the issue, and any relevant maintenance or installation information. We will review the request against the written order terms.
