A WORLD STONE & BRONZE CO. quote is more than a number next to a product photograph. We use your project information to review the actual configuration, material, size, application, production requirements, freight, and installation considerations.
Include as much information as possible:

- Desired dimensions
- Preferred material and finish
- Quantity
- Indoor or outdoor application
- Residential, commercial, hospitality, memorial, religious, or public-space use
- Project address or delivery ZIP/postal code
- Target budget
- Requested delivery date
- Installation or freight assistance requirements
- Drawings, plans, site photographs, or inspiration images
What Happens After You Submit
- Project review. We review the selected product and requested configuration.
- Clarification. We may request missing dimensions, drawings, site information, or material preferences.
- Feasibility review. Custom requests are evaluated for production, material, scale, logistics, and installation requirements.
- Written pricing. The quotation may identify product scope, price, deposit, estimated production timing, exclusions, and other project terms.
- Approval. If you proceed, required specifications and drawings are approved before fabrication.
Made-to-Order Terms
All products are custom made to order. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders unless different written terms are expressly approved for a project. Custom sizing, material changes, bases, freight, engineering, installation, and expedited requests can affect final pricing.
Shipping & Installation
Shipping, crating, site access, equipment requirements, and installation costs are evaluated separately based on product dimensions and delivery location unless specifically included in the written quote.
